My personalized workout plans are designed for time-strapped men 35-65 who want to get fit, build muscle, and lose fat working out from home but have restrictions with equipment, exercises, experience, and/or injuries.

What Equipment Do You Need?

You don't need any equipment to get started.

You can begin with just bodyweight exercises and a cheap set of resistance bands.

I do recommend getting a set of dumbbells, TRX straps, and a pull-up bar eventually but those are completely optional and we will work with whatever equipment you have (or don't have).
